Mega 10 Keno
Mega 10 Keno is a promotion run at most Station Casino properties. The idea is that you could become a millionaire from a $1.50 bet if you make 10 matches in Keno. This promotion had been running for years, using a logo provided by the company that runs the program. The promotional materials, however, did not have any consistent look or brand feel. Most promotional materials were branded to match the property they were housed at. I was tasked with designing a full brand for this product, as well as reworking the logo.
The Solution
I opted for a bright fun design for this piece, as the collateral was going to be displayed in an environment with low lighting. Yellow is often associated with bright emotions, like excitement and joy, so I leaned into warm tones. I chose a sans serif font that is easy to read so that the older customer base wouldn’t have issues reading it. The result improved the visibility of the promotion and led to an increase in awareness!
