Visstun
Visstun, a local printer specializing in package printing and labels, needed a way to explain their process to potential customers. Their brand thrives on B2B relationships with their sales team, so this video needed to feel approachable, fun and entertaining.
The Solution
I had little input in the script, but once I received the approved copy I put together a compelling storyboard. I had sketched it out first, but once I knew how I wanted to approach it I converted it to a more polished version using assets that I knew were animation friendly. This project went on much longer than originally anticipated, exceeding the scope I had originally quoted for. I was able to meet every deadline set, but the approval process for the company caused unexpected roadblocks that made a two month project last more like a year and a half! I don’t mind the issues so much, though. I like how the animation turned out, and I learned so much about setting clear expectations from the beginning of a project.
