Holiday Promotional

The Problem

Station Casinos properties house dozens of restaurants, many of which they own. Each holiday these restaurants will run themed promotions, prompting the properties to advertise using floor signage, digital marquees, and of course targeted email campaigns. Since many guests fall within the same targeted demographic for these restaurants, sending individual emails promoting each restaurant may overwhelm guests and reduce the effectiveness of the email campaigns.

The Solution

We found that, instead of sending multiple emails promoting the individual restaurants, it was more effective to send property emails promoting all the restaurants each holiday. I was tasked with designing a series of holiday themed email templates for the email team to use as a guide for building out each properties emails. Some of these emails were fairly generic, only advertising the holiday in general on their property, while others displayed each restaurants logo with a button prompting the user to explore the temporary menu.
